Robert Gitomer, CEO

Robert Gitomer is Chief Executive Officer and founding member of Concentric Receivables Management, Ltd. (“CRM”). Since 1994, CRM has been dedicated to serving the collections needs of the healthcare industry.

Mr. Gitomer began his career in public accounting servicing the healthcare industry. His extensive background in the healthcare industry includes the following positions: Chief Financial Officer of a hospital company, Partner/CFO of an outpatient diagnostic imaging company, Chief Operating Officer of a management services organization for physician practices and the owner of a medical office building.

His extensive experience in the healthcare field has given him a unique perspective of the issues and challenges facing clients. Mr. Gitomer understands your business and develops specific collections programs to meet your needs.

Mr. Gitomer earned a BS in Business Administration and Economics from Trinity University in 1977. He earned his CPA certificate shortly thereafter.

George Shoebotham, COO

Prior to co-founding CRM in 1994, Mr. Shoebotham started his A/R Management career in 1986 with a national collection agency based in Houston, achieving a position of Regional VP of Marketing before joining the team of a healthcare client as the Receivables Manager of one of their holdings, a 250 bed hospital. As C.O.O., he has been directly responsible for daily operations, staffing, new technology implementation, and long term growth of the organization.

 

He studied Business Management and Finance at Stephen F. Austin State University, and is currently a member of the American Collectors Association’s Healthcare Services Program, and Government Services Program.

Laurence Burke, Director of Marketing

 

Laurence Burke is the Director of Marketing for CRM. Mr. Burke has extensive experience in technical sales and marketing for select clients. He has over thirteen years of recovery solution experience; development of relationships, business solutions, and accomplishing set goals for clients. Prior to working for CRM he was affiliated with a well known collection law firm in Texas, representing major bank cards and national lenders..

His current duties at CRM include assisting clients with developing solutions that aid in the management of healthcare receivables. Mr. Burke's commitment to CRM and its existing, and future clients is to provide and share financial solutions that allow continued growth and success.
